Program Management Office.

A Program Management Office (PMO) is intended to support the Project Manager or group of Project Managers by collecting, synthesizing, and reporting on project data as required by the project’s leadership. Status reporting quantifies the progress of a project for objective evaluation of a project’s health and viability.
